Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Globe Travel Professionals, including downloadable travel guides and e-books available on our website.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a travel guide or e-book has been purchased and the download link provided, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. No Change of Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you no longer require the product after purchase. Please ensure you review all product details before purchasing.

3. Product Delivery

Our travel guides are delivered digitally via a downloadable PDF file. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure download link. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout and that your device supports PDF files.

4. Download Issues

If you experience any issues with accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at sales@gtptravel.com.au so we can assist you.
